At LostBuckaroo.com we know that Online Shopping is somewhat like catalog shopping, returns and refunds are always a question.???

Exchanges:
If the merchandise you ordered isn’t quite what you had in mind you may exchange the merchandise up to 30 days from the original purchase date. Merchandise will be accepted for exchange in new condition only. Please return the merchandise in the original packaging if possible. If you are planning to exchange an item please contact us prior to shipping the item with the following information:

-Invoice Number
-Purchase Date
-Reason For exchange
-Item you would like to exchange for

Returns/Refunds
General Merchandise will be accepted in return for a refund in new condition only. A 5% re-stocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount. Please return the merchandise in the original packaging if possible. If the merchandise you ordered isn’t quite what you had in mind you may return the merchandise for a refund up to 30 days from the original purchase date. If you are planning to return an item please contact us prior to shipping the item with the following information:

-Invoice Number
-Purchase Date
-Reason For Return

LostBuckaroo.com will not accept returns or refund the following types of orders/items:

  1. DVD Products
  2. Any Item marked as “special order” found on/in the LostBuckaroo.com web page or catalog.
  3. Custom orders, such as items purchased by phone, e-mail, or special instruction/ (items that are not found on the LostBuckaroo.com web page)
  4. Custom orders may also be described as items not found on the LostBuckaroo.com web page or catalog as regular inventory
  5. Or items made specifically to your specifications such as: Made to measurement chinks and chaps.
